SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — The 2026 Empire 8 women's lacrosse season began on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, with SUNY Brockport taking on Ithaca College in a non-league matchup. The Cardinals of St. John Fisher University will attempt to win their fourteenth straight Empire 8 crown as 10 teams will battle for the 2026 E8 Championship.
