TROY, N.Y. — Al Leiter, one of the most accomplished pitchers with ties to New York baseball, has been selected for induction into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame as part of its Class of 2026. INDIANAPOLIS — Dr. Kristie Bowers, associate vice provost and director of athletics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), has been elected chair of the NCAA Division III Management Council, one of the NCAA’s most influential leadership bodies responsible for shaping the future of Division III athletics. LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. — Siena men’s golf head coach Steven Jensen recently announced the hiring of Siena alumnus Nolan Crowley as assistant coach for the Saints program ahead of the 2026-27 season. A native of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Crowley returns to Loudonville after one of the most accomplished careers in program history.
