Troy City Council sets guardrails for Flock cameras; mayor plans veto

Despite vocal pushback from residents at Thursday’s meeting, the Troy City Council voted unanimously, 6-0 with one absence, to adopt a local law placing guardrails on the use of Flock cameras in the Collar City.
