We need the one-house proposals to include $1.2 billion for the child care workforce and $60 million to ensure all children are included regardless of their immigration status.    When you're calling → Wednesday, March 14. Sign up for a time here. What is a call relay? You will be making two phone calls on Wednesday: one to Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins and one to Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie. Similar to a phone bank, we will provide you with the phone numbers and script. The difference is that we're asking participants to sign up to make calls during specific time slots throughout the day, so we can keep the Majority Leader and Speaker's phones ringing all day for maximum impact — a "relay!"
