NEW YORK — Gov. Kathy Hochul recently announced the launch of the 2025 Regional Economic Development Council Initiative (REDC). SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — When the Colonie Wolf Pack and Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks square off, it's usually a tight affair.
