A Shenendehowa High School senior who has a manufacturing job even before graduation and plans to pursue a degree in manufacturing and engineering is the recipient of the 2026 Troy Industrial Solutions (TIS) scholarship. Emma Weiland is graduating from the Manufacturing and Machining Technology program at the Career and Technical Education Center.
