BURNT HILLS, N.Y. —  Most basketball enthusiasts say defense is the best offense. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake girls' varsity basketball head coach Kevin Winney would subscribe to that notion. Winney instructs his team of Spartans to commonly pressure opponents when they have possession with the intention of forcing turnovers and tough shots. "That's our M.O.
