Demand Universal Child Care NOW The roadmap we released as part of the Empire State Campaign for Child Care outlines a vision for child care for all in six years: a system built on strong, permanent support for the child care workforce; investment in vouchers to eliminate waitlists and ensure all eligible families can access care; and the implementation of two bridge projects to transition us to truly universal, statewide child care.
