Senate Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins has said that she's standing firm for not a penny less than the $7 billion in progressive revenue proposed in her one-house budget. We need Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie to do the same. For the fifth day of our week of action, we're calling Speaker Heastie's office and letting him know that New York's students are counting on him to hold the line in budget negotiations with the Governor.
