Troy man sentenced to state prison for 2024 fatal crash

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — A Troy man was sentenced to five to 15 years in state prison following his conviction for aggravated vehicular homicide in a 2024 fatal crash in Waterford. In a press release from the Saratoga County District Attorney's office, it was announced that Everhett R. Hatlee, 19, was sentenced in Saratoga County Court for the Class B felony by Saratoga County Court Judge James R. Davis. Hatlee pleaded guilty and admitted that on the evening of June 29, 2024, he recklessly operated his motor vehicle while impaired by cannabis along Fonda Road in Waterford and, in doing so, […]
