Crowds flock to SPAC for 48th annual Saratoga Jazz Festival

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Jazz lovers and music aficionados from near and far flocked to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center this past weekend to witness the world-class performances being put on at the 48th Annual Saratoga Jazz Festival.
