Hochul announces $10 million to expand access to food

NEW YORK — Gov. Kathy Hochul recently announced $10 million through the State's Food Access Expansion Grant Program to increase food access for New Yorkers living in areas with limited options for affordable, fresh food. According to a press release from the governor's office, the program provides funding to nine organizations across the state to support the development and expansion of supermarkets, food cooperatives, permanent farm stands, mobile markets, and other retail food stores in underserved regions while also increasing markets for New York farmers. Hochul announces new funding for abortion health care services

NEW YORK — On the third anniversary of the Supreme Court's Dobbs ruling, which ended the constitutional right to an abortion in the United States, Gov.
